Tai Chi for Energy is comprised of two different tai chi styles, Chen and Sun. Chen style is vigorous and complex, integrating fast and slow movements with powerful spiral force. Sun style incorporates unique qigong (life energy) and has agile steps, incorporating powerful qigong movements for healing. These two seemingly contrasting styles have complementary internal energy.
Using his deep understanding of tai chi principles and over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr Paul Lam has combined the two styles to create a unique synergy that gives you more energy than the sum of two styles. With regular practice and in a relatively short period of time, this program will improve your health and wellness, internal energy, and ability to manage stress.
